Welcome to ICON Cane Corso Kennels. We are a family owned Cane Corso Kennel located just south of the city of Atlanta, GA. We have been professionally breeding since 1985. Chow-chows were the first breed for our kennel & then the wonderful Rottweiler.

The first time I saw a Cane Corso was at my job with Lufthansa Airlines. A stunning 2 year old male had been shipped over from Italy. He was so regal and although he probably had no knowledge  of the language he was hearing he looked directly into my eyes as if I was so very interesting. He lay by my desk until his new owner arrived to take him home. I was hooked ! 

After weeks of research & a trip to Italy, we decided this was the breed for us. We selected our first Cane Corso in 2002 a beautiful blue-brindle female Bella-Mina. A second followed shortly after, a HUGE black-brindle male Satch-mo II. Drazie came along four months later with the most beautiful soulful eyes. These dogs have the run of our 2 acre kennel and home.

Cane Corso’s are not for everyone. Do your research & know these are not apartment dogs. They need a lot of room to play and run. Even though we bred Rottweilers for 15 years nothing can compare you for the strength & will power of these dogs. It must be established from the start who the dominate one is…YOU. We do not recommend this breed for first time large dog owners unless you are willing to take yourself & your puppy to obedience classes from beginner thru advanced. We will not sell our dogs unless you have a fenced yard. We do not believe in chaining or full time kenneling for our dogs.
